We ship with DHL GoGreen:
We will ship your order with DHL to your desired delivery address. Of course, packages ordered with DHL can also be shipped to a Packstation.
Nobody at Home: If the delivery driver cannot find you at home, your package will be left at a nearby post office. In this case, you will receive a written notification and can pick up the package at your local post office. If you do not pick up the package from the post office within the next 10 days, it will be returned to us.
Shipping Costs:
For orders with a value of 20.00 EUR or more, we offer free shipping nationwide in Germany.
For orders with a value below 20.00 EUR, the shipping cost within Germany is 4.90 EUR.
International Shipping Costs:
All EU countries: Shipping cost is 13.90 EUR.
Delivery Questions:
Our entire range is usually available in large quantities and can be shipped immediately.
Shipments within Germany weighing up to 30 kg are generally delivered by DHL. This allows you to conveniently pick up your shipment at the post office if you are not at home. The estimated delivery time is indicated in the product description and is usually about 1-2 working days. In case of any delivery delays, you will be promptly informed. You are also welcome to specify a later delivery date. International deliveries are usually delivered within 5-10 working days.
If you choose the payment method of advance payment, the delivery will be made after we have received your payment. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Package Tracking:
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. The shipping confirmation will contain a tracking code. You can easily track your shipment on the DHL website using this code.
